ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Product Manager at ZetaDisplay, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of their SaaS offerings in the digital signage space. Reporting to the Group Product Manager, you will take ownership of specific product areas, managing the entire lifecycle from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
This role offers an opportunity to work across departments, including R&D, UX/UI, marketing, and sales. You will influence and lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, high-impact solutions while contributing to ZetaDisplay's growth objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Taking ownership of product areas, and managing them through their full lifecycle.
- Prioritizing and maintaining a transparent product backlog using tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Collaborating with UX/UI, R&D, marketing, and sales teams to ensure seamless delivery.
- Regularly engaging with customers and stakeholders to gather insights and validate ideas.
- Writing detailed technical specifications and user stories to guide development teams.
- Driving continuous improvement within the Product Management team.
WHO ARE YOU?
To succeed in this role, we believe you have:
- A BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent relevant experience.
- At least 5 years as a Product Manager, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment. Experience in digital signage or similar technology solutions is a strong advantage.
- A solid understanding of complex systems, even without prior development experience.
- Proficiency in Atlassian tools such as Jira, Confluence, and working with Agile methodologies. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
