Content & Communications Manager
The Content & Communications Manager enhances our brand’s visibility, reputation, and engagement within business aviation through strategic content creation and communication activities. This role leverages automation and AI technologies to optimize and scale our efforts, driving initiatives that create value for our customers, maximize engagement, and increase brand reputation across all content and channels.
What you will do
Content Strategy & Production
· Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with our messaging framework and brand voice.
· Create engaging content for various channels (website, newsletters, press releases, whitepapers, social media)
· Manage the editorial calendar and content production process, utilizing AI-powered tools to streamline workflows.
· Identify thought leadership opportunities and industry trends using AI-driven analytics.
· Implement SEO best practices and AI-assisted content optimization techniques.
· Define and track KPIs for editorial activities, focusing on engagement metrics.
Communication & PR
· Execute communication strategies across all organizational touchpoints.
· Plan and coordinate speaking engagements at events and conferences.
· Manage PR agency relationships and media inquiries.
· Prepare press releases and media pitches for brand initiatives.
· Develop crisis communication plans and protocols.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging.
· Implement social listening tools to gather real-time insights.
Brand Management
· Ensure consistent application of brand voice and visual identity across the company.
· Contribute to brand asset development and management.
· Provide insights on messaging effectiveness for different audience segments.
· Utilize data-driven recommendations to refine brand messaging for various audiences.
Performance Metrics
· Monitor and analyze communication effectiveness using data analytics tools.
· Provide regular reports on communication metrics and business impact
· Track ROI across all communication efforts
Who you are
This role requires a dynamic professional who can drive engagement through innovative content strategies and leverage cutting-edge technologies to optimize communication efforts across all job aspects.
· Bachelor’s degree in communication or equivalent
· 4+ years of experience in B2B communication, preferably in aviation
· Proven track record and strong understanding in modern B2B content creation, social media strategy, and PR
· Strong copywriting and project management skills
· Proficiency in SEO, marketing automation tools, and CRM systems
· Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools and automation platforms
· Analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability
· Adaptability to new technologies and industry trends
· English fluency
· Experience in video content creation (preferred)
