Integration Specalist - Lindab

Main Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain integrations: Design, build, and manage middleware solutions that enable seamless communication between systems, databases, and applications.
- API development and management: Create, implement, and optimize APIs and other integration components to support business needs.
- Technical documentation: Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of integration architecture, technical specifications, and best practices.
- Coding and troubleshooting: Write, test, and refine code to enhance integration solutions while ensuring stability in daily operations.
- Optimization and issue resolution: Identify, troubleshoot, and enhance existing integration solutions to improve performance and reliability.
- Project and operational prioritization: Collaborate with the manager to align integration projects and operational tasks with business priorities.
- Business requirement analysis: Work closely with stakeholders to understand integration needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Testing and quality assurance: Conduct system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and end-to-end (E2E) testing to ensure robust performance.
- Risk management: Identify potential risks and challenges in the integration process, proactively developing mitigation strategies to ensure smooth operations.
Previous Experience and Competencies
- At least 5 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining system integrations, preferably in an enterprise environment.
- Relevant academic degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with Azure integration services such as Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus, and Functions.
- Strong skills in API development and management, including RESTful and SOAP services.
- Proficiency in middleware technologies and working with integration platforms.
- Solid understanding of data formats and transformation, including JSON, XML, and related communication protocols (OAuth2, OData, etc.).
- Experience in system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and troubleshooting integration solutions.
- Solid background in developing applications using .NET and C#.
- Knowledge of best practices in data security, compliance, and secure authentication for integrations.

- Collaboration and communication skills: Ability to work closely with stakeholders across departments, translating technical concepts into clear business value.
- Adaptability and continuous learning: You thrive in a dynamic environment, staying updated with emerging integration technologies and best practices.
- Fluent in English, both orally and in writing; Swedish is a plus.
