ABOUT THE ROLEZetaDisplay is on an exciting growth journey, with multiple acquisitions creating a complex mix of IT systems, tools, and processes across the group. As IT Director, you’ll be directly involved in building and maintaining a unified, secure, and efficient IT environment that supports the business every day.
This is a highly hands-on role. You’ll work across ERP and CRM systems, manage and improve our Microsoft 365 environment, strengthen cybersecurity, ensure our infrastructure is reliable and scalable, and deliver direct user support across the organisation. You will also lead a small, skilled IT team of 3–4 people and report directly to the CFO.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing, integrating, and optimising ERP and CRM platforms.
- Administering and enhancing Microsoft 365 and related collaboration tools.
- Driving infrastructure projects — servers, networks, cloud, and hybrid environments.
- Implementing and maintaining strong cybersecurity measures in line with ISO27001 and other standards.
- Providing user support and resolving escalated technical issues.
Leading technical work for system integrations after acquisitions.
- Guiding and mentoring a small IT team (3–4 people) in a collaborative, hands-on environment.
WHO ARE YOU?
You likely come from a Head of IT or IT Manager role where you’ve stayed close to the technology. You’re as comfortable configuring systems as you are solving day-to-day IT issues.
You have:
- Proven, hands-on experience with ERP, CRM, Microsoft 365, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and user support.
- Strong technical knowledge of system architecture, networking, and IT security.
- Experience integrating and streamlining systems in complex environments.
- Proficiency in Swedish and English.
