ABOUT THE POSITION AND THE COMPANY

The success and vision are based on a simple concept that has been refined over the years; To make it economically easier for people to have cars, boats, homes, tools, and leisure articles of high quality, thereby creating a richer leisure time for these people. They choose their own path and have therefore decided to invest in their own operations and development of systems and technical solutions, among other things. Biltema Nordic Services is a service company within Biltema with various departments that together deliver a complete solution for the department stores' assortment and operations. The IT department in Helsingborg provides systems and digital solutions in collaboration with Biltema's other companies within the group for our Nordic markets.
We are looking for a professional with solid experience in internal communication, focused on clearly and engagingly communicating technology changes across the organization - both in infrastructure and application development areas.
The ideal candidate will be skilled at translating technical content into clear, motivating messages, driving adoption, engagement, and trust throughout the organization.

Main Responsibilities
- Design and execute internal communication strategies using SharePoint and other corporate channels.
- Communicate technology initiatives, updates, and projects in a way that fosters understanding and alignment.
- Support digital transformation by promoting awareness, adoption, and engagement.
- Create high-quality written and visual content to communicate key changes and progress.
- Collaborate closely with IT teams to ensure consistent messaging.
- Track communication effectiveness and propose improvements based on feedback and analytics.
Requirements
- Proven experience in internal communications, intranet within a technology environment.
- Strong working knowledge of SharePoint and intranet content management.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Experience with digital transformation projects or organizational change initiatives.
- Excellent storytelling, writing, and interpersonal skills.

Working hours: Standard office hours with the possibility for hybrid work.
