With more than 70 years of experience, the company serves customers across multiple industries, including material handling, medical equipment, and industrial vehicles. Stellana operates manufacturing facilities in Sweden, the United States, China, and Sri Lanka, supported by dedicated engineering, R&D, and sales teams.
The Position
As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with Stellana’s international customers. You will work closely with R&D and production to translate customer requirements into tailored product solutions, ensuring projects move efficiently from concept to delivery. The position includes regular customer visits across Europe and close collaboration with global colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with key customers
Identify and drive new business opportunities with existing and prospective clients
Develop and implement account plans to achieve sales and profitability targets
Coordinate technical and commercial discussions between customers and internal teams
Monitor sales performance and take proactive actions to close gaps
Prepare progress reports and forecasts for internal and external stakeholders
Conduct regular customer and market visits to build relationships and explore new segments
Qualifications
Proven B2B sales experience, preferably within a technical or industrial field
Technical background or strong technical interest
Fluent written and spoken English
Willingness to travel approximately 50–60 days per year
Meritorious qualifications include prior experience in a similar role and education in business, sales, or engineering.
