The IT department in Helsingborg delivers systems and digital solutions in collaboration with Biltema's other companies within the Group for our Nordic markets.
You will be part of a team with 9 colleagues who, together with the entire IT department, develop, manage, and support both proprietary products and systems, and also well-known systems from market-leading suppliers. Together with your colleagues, the mission is to develop, integrate and automate Biltema's digital platforms and systems.

Job Description:
We are seeking a Cloud Security Engineer to join our cybersecurity team during an exciting phase of digital transformation. As we migrate from traditional on-premises infrastructure to Microsoft Azure, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining secure cloud environments that protect our business, customers, and data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with IT architects, infrastructure teams, and application owners to ensure secure cloud adoption in line with business goals.
- Plan, implement, monitor and maintain security controls across Azure, including identity, networking, storage, and application security.
- Contribute to Security architecture discussions, iniatives and projects.
- Support the migration of workloads from on-premises to Azure by conducting risk assessments, threat modeling, and security reviews.
- Configure and maintain cloud-native security services (e.g., Microsoft Defender for Cloud, Azure Security Center, Sentinel, Key Vault, Conditional Access).
- Establish and enforce security policies, standards, and governance aligned with best practices (e.g., CIS, NIST, ISO 27001).
- Implement cloud security monitoring, detection, and incident response processes.
- Support compliance initiatives (e.g., PCI-DSS, GDPR) relevant to the retail sector.
- Automate security controls and monitoring using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and DevSecOps practices.
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments, penetration tests, and security posture reviews.
- Provide security guidance and training to development, operations, and business teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a Cloud Security Engineer, Security Analyst, or similar role with focus on Azure.
- Strong understanding of cloud security principles (identity, network, data, and workload protection).
- Hands-on experience with Azure security services (Azure AD, Conditional Access, Defender for Cloud, Sentinel, Key Vault, Firewall, etc.).
- Knowledge of on-prem to cloud migration challenges and hybrid security models.
- Familiarity with compliance standards relevant to retail (PCI-DSS, GDPR, ISO 27001).
- Scripting/automation skills (PowerShell, Python, Terraform, or Bicep).
- Solid grasp of networking, firewalls, encryption, and IAM concepts.
- Relevant certifications valued (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert, Azure Security Engineer Associate, CCSP).
- Experience in a retail or high-volume consumer environment.
- Exposure to multi-cloud or SaaS security.
- Knowledge of SIEM/SOAR tools (Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk, etc.).
- Experience embedding security in CI/CD pipelines (DevSecOps).
