With this growth, the need for a strengthened IT organization has increased, and they are now looking for several competencies to meet the pace of change they require. Several in-house developed systems combined with increased digitalization place high demands on the business in terms of availability and development pace. In addition to a clearly defined growth plan, Biltema chooses to expand its organization within Biltema Global IT, more specifically roles in development, leadership, product ownership, infrastructure, and support.
